Who we are
Phoenix Home Projects is a small, independent referral service that helps Valley homeowners find contractors for remodeling, roofing, cooling and outdoor projects. We publish practical, Phoenix-specific information on costs, permits and timing, and we connect people who are ready for estimates with independent, licensed local contractors.
We are not a contractor and we don't send crews. Our job is to make it easier to find the right contractor and to ask better questions before you sign.
Our editorial standards
- Cost ranges are planning estimates built from typical project scopes and regional pricing. We label them as estimates and update them as we learn from real bids.
- We describe permit rules in plain language and link you to the city that actually decides. Rules change, so confirm them with your city before you start.
- We don't publish fake reviews, and we don't pretend to be a local contractor.
